1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are returned

We also accept returns if the product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped due to our error

Please note:
For hygiene, licensing, and copyright reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Software or digital downloads
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used items that are no longer in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at admin@charginghub.store with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or a short video (required for defective or damaged items)
  2. Return Authorization
    If your request is approved, we will provide:
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • The return shipping address
  3. Ship the Item Back
    • Include the RMA number inside the package
    • Use secure packaging to avoid damage during transit
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time:
    Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval
    (Bank or payment provider processing times may vary)
  • Refund Amount:
    • Product price only
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return resulted from our mistake

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges:
    We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.
    For a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
  • Store Credit:
    In certain cases (such as late returns or missing receipts), store credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
  • Used or incomplete products
  • Clearance or final sale items
