2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed and successfully paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Products with special shipping notices (e.g., “Pre-Order” or “Ships in 5 Business Days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not on the order date.

- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
- Orders under $50 incur a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
- Expedited and Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
5. Order Tracking & Modifications
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@charginghub.store.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.
6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, charginghub.store will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund. - Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipment, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
